What are the password rules in iNsight?

Your password (a) must contain at least eight (8) characters, (b) must contain at least one (1) uppercase letter, (c) must contain at least one (1) number, and (d) must contain at least one (1) valid special character [!@#$%].



Which browsers can be used with iNsight?

iNsight has been optimized for use with the latest version of Google Chrome. Use of other browsers may lead to unexpected visual, functional, or performance results. 



Which email domains are precluded from use in iNsight?

How do I perform a hard refresh if needed?

A hard refresh clears your browser cache for a specific page, which forces it to load the most recent version of that page. This is useful if updates have been pushed which need to be reflected in the application. When necessary, please perform a hard refresh to clear the cache and load in the latest code. To perform a hard refresh, please follow the below instructions.

Q5. I successfully created my profile and verified it through email. But when I try to login, I get a message that I need our organization's iNsight administrator to add me to the correct Workspace. What do I do?


After you have successfully created your profile, your organization's iNsight administrator must add you to the necessary workspace. Ask your administrator to login to iNsight, select Settings (gear icon) from the left navigation, then select the Workspace tab, and Add User.
